Summary: | The invention discloses a production method of a phase-change material from an F-T synthetic product. An F-T synthetic product with n-alkane weight content of more than 85% as a raw material is subjected to hydrogenation conversion under the effect of a catalyst, so as to convert olefins and oxygenates into suitable components of the phase-change material; and the hydrogenation products are subjected to distillation for preparation of components in suitable distillation range, and the components in suitable distillation range are subjected to sweating to produce the purpose product. The method is as below: adding a low-boiling-point liquid in a feedstock; properly adding a high temperature thermostat phase at a suitable temperature during a cooling phase; and using airflow to pass through a wax layer to carry out a liquid component in a heating sweating process, so as to enhance separation effect and accelerate separation speed and produce a wax-type phase-change material product by the solvent-free de-oiling |
