Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing disilane. The method comprises the following step: enabling magnesium silicide and ammonia chloride as raw materials to react so as to generate a disilane gas in the presence of liquid ammonia and a catalyst, wherein the reaction temperature is minus 10 DEG C to minus 50 DEG C, the reaction pressure is 0.2-1MPa, the mole ratio of magnesium silicide to ammonia chloride is 1:(2-5), and the catalyst is a zinc complex. The disilane generated by using the method disclosed by the invention is a main product of the production process, so that the problem of byproducts generated in large-scale disilane production can be solved, the production efficiency of high-purity disilane can be greatly improved, the energy consumption can be reduced, and thus the production cost can be lowered.
种乙硅烷的制造方法,以硅化镁与氯化氨为原料进行反应,在液氨及催化剂存在下生成乙硅烷气体,反应温度为?10℃??50℃,反应压力为0.2?1MPa,所述硅化镁与氯化氨的摩尔比为1:2?5,所述催化剂为锌的配合物。本发明方法中乙硅烷是生产过程的主产品,因而可解决大规模生产乙硅烷的副产品问题,大大提高生产高纯乙硅烷的生产效率,耗能低,降低生产成本。 |
