The invention discloses a tylophora total alkaloids purification method. The method comprises the following steps of smashing tylophora medicines, adopting ethyl alcohol with a certain concentration to extract, and concentrating an extracting solution to obtain a crude extract; dissolving tylophora crude extract by using diluted hydrochloric acid, removing fat-soluble components such as chlorophyll, and filtering to obtain filter liquor; adjusting a pH value of the filter liquor to be alkaline, extracting through ethyl acetate, volatilizing the ethyl acetate, and drying to obtain tylophora total alkaloids powder. The tylophora total alkaloids extracted and purified by adopting the method is remarkably improved in purity, safe in extracting process and low in cost, and is beneficial to industrial scale production. A pharmacological experiment evaluation result shows that the antitumor activity of the purified tylophora total alkaloids is remarkably better than the antitumor activity of the unpurified tylophora
