Ultrasonic waves and peracetic acid are organically combined to perform accelerating aging on base liquor, the base liquor is then scientifically compounded with hydrolysate of the queen bee larva or drone pupa, high voltage pulse is used again to perform accelerating aging, thereby not only preventing the peracetic acid from oxidizing bioactive components of the hydrolysate
