Summary:The invention discloses a cleaning agent specially used in the civil explosive industry. The cleaning agent is prepared from, an anionic surfactant 3-12%, a non-ionic surfactant 5-15%, an alcohol ether solvent 8-20%, a complexing agent 0.1-0.5%, a defoaming agent 0.05-0.5%, essence 0.1-0.5%, a preservative 0.05-0.2% and the balance deionized water. The preparation method comprises the steps that the anionic surfactant, the non-ionic surfactant, the complexing agent and the water which are proportioned are firstly put into a reaction kettle, then heating is performed to reach 60-85 DEG C, stirring dissolution is performed for 30-60 minutes, then cooling is performed to reach 50-60 DEG C, the alcohol ether solvent, the defoaming agent, the essence and the preservative which are proportioned are added, stirring continues for 10-20 minutes, and cooling, material putting and package are performed.
