The invention discloses a motor disassembling device for a failure device in an equipment running state. The motor disassembling device comprises a disc-shaped supporting bottom plate, wherein a jack is installed at the middle part of the supporting bottom plate; a movable plate is arranged on a supporting rod of the jack; a plurality of telescopic rods are uniformly distributed on the movable plate circumferentially; a nut is fastened at the bottom end of each telescopic rod; the lower ends of connecting rods are fixed in through holes formed in the supporting bottom plate respectively; the other ends of the connecting rods penetrate through round holes formed in the movable plate respectively; and the top ends of the connecting rods are fixed in fixing holes formed in a fixing plate respectively. According to the motor disassembling device, the condition that a motor of the failure device can be disassembled on a running equipment system is reached, and in the disassembling process, the running conditions o
