Described is a dispenser (1) with a hermetic seal. The dispenser comprises a hollow containment body (2) which can be inserted in a bottle further comprising a lower suction tube (5), a piston (7) slidable inside the containment body (2), a hollow stem (6) axially slidable inside the containment body (2), a sealing valve (8) inserted in a bottom portion (4) of the containment body (2) and interposed between the suction tube (5) and the dosing chamber (11).
