Summary: | The invention provides antigen epitope minimum motif peptides of human papilloma virus (HPV) 18 carinogenic E6 and E7 proteins. The antigen epitope minimum motif peptides can be specifically combined with an anti-HPV18 antibody, and single epitope peptide antigens are highly specific and can be combined, so the sensitivity and the specificity of detection are improved (the dilution degree of a serum sample is improved).
