Summary: | The invention provides a high temperature burst preventive self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, and a concrete-filled steel tube.The self-compacting concrete is made by mixing, according to parts by weight, 700-900 parts of coarse aggregate, 700-800 parts of fine aggregate, 300-400 parts of cement, 4-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 200-300 parts of pulverized coal ash, 1-3 parts of polypropylene fiber, and 100-200 parts of water.By innovating the material formula and ratio of the concrete, burst resistance of the concrete is greatly improved; a mass of experiments show that a concrete member provided herein has high compressive physical property and good resistance to high temperature burst and has a promising popularization and application prospect.
本发明提出种防高温爆裂的自密实混凝土及其制备方法、以及钢管混凝土,所述自密实混凝土由粗骨料700?900质量份、细骨料700?800质量份、水泥300?400质量份、减水剂4?6质量份、粉煤灰200?300质量份、聚丙烯纤维1?3质量份和水100?200质量份混合搅拌制得。本发明通过创新混凝土的原料配方及其配比,大大改善了混凝土的抗爆裂性能,通过大量的试验表明本发明所提供的混凝土构件能够同时兼具良好的抗压物理性能和良好的高温防爆裂性能,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 |
