Summary: | The invention relates to a method for operating a motor vehicle, wherein a driving device, and/or a braking device and/or a steering device can be controlled and/or adjusted according to operating state of the motor vehicle. According to the invention, longitudinal acceleration and transverse acceleration of the motor vehicle are acquired, wherein a combined acceleration parameter of the motor vehicle is obtained through adoption of the acquired longitudinal acceleration and the acquired transverse acceleration, and wherein, the combined acceleration parameter is compared with a predetermined threshold. When the combined acceleration parameter exceeds the predetermined threshold, the driving device, and/or the braking device and/or the steering device of the motor vehicle can be controlled through the following mode, i.e., speed of the vehicle can be reduced at least temporarily.
