Summary: | The invention discloses a method of producing wax medium used for a thermostat with F-T synthesis products. With the F-T synthesis products, of which the weight content of normal alkanes is more than 85%, as a raw material, olefins and oxygen-containing compounds in the products are subjected to hydrogenation conversion to form proper components. The hydrogenation product is distilled to prepare component in proper distillation range, and the component is sweated to produce the target product. In the method, a low-boiling-point liquid is added to the raw material, and a high-constant-temperature step is added at proper temperature during cooling temperature decrease, and meanwhile, liquid components are carried away with air flow during the temperature-increasing sweating process, so that the method increases separation effect and accelerates separation. The solvent-free separation method in a manner of sweating can be used for producing the wax medium, which is higher than 70 DEG C, used for thermostat. The |
