As the metal surface of the PCB with high warpup deformation is coated with one layer of resin, the generation of the drilling burrs is inhibited by using the characteristics of high hardness and high adhesiveness of the cured resin, and the requirements of the PCB drilling quality on the warpup deformation of the PCB and the quality of the cushion plate are reduced; and the resin layer is removed by using a washing method with washing liquid after drilling. 本发明公开一种改善PCB钻孔毛刺的方法,其中,在与垫板接触的PCB板面涂覆一层树脂,树脂固化后,用于PCB钻孔。本发明通过在翘曲变形大的PCB板金属面涂覆一层树脂,利用树脂固化后的高硬度、强粘结力的特性,抑制钻孔毛刺的产生,同时降低了PCB板钻孔加工品质对PCB板翘曲变形和垫板质量的要求,钻孔后再将树脂层采用退洗液退洗的方法去除即可。
