The invention relates to a magnetic unit device with magnetic separation rings. A main body is a box; the two ends of the box are connected with a pipe and a flange plate by horn bodies; a clamping groove is formed in the box; a magnetic grid is arranged in the clamping groove, and is a stainless steel flat frame structure; and multiple parallel magnetic column assemblies are arranged on the magnetic grid. The magnetic column assemblies consist of magnetic columns and stainless steel sleeves thereof and the magnetic separation rings. Magnetic line directions of the magnetic columns are distributed in the axial directions of the magnetic columns; a set of annular piece-shaped magnetic separation rings, manufactured by nonmagnetic conducting materials, is arranged out of the stainless steel sleeves; and the magnetic separation rings respectively coat the stainless steel sleeves.
