The invention discloses a chicken feed composite acidifier which consists of the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of fumaric acid, 8-12 parts of citric acid, 10-14 parts of calcium formate, 32-40 parts of phosphoric acid, 20-26 parts of silicon dioxide and 7-11 parts of palm oil. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the chicken feed composite acidifier. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, by taking silicon dioxide as a carrier in a container A, performing adsorption treatment on phosphoric acid, further performing fat-burying microencapsulation treatment on calcium formate in the presence of palm oil in a container B, pouring substances in the container B into the container A, finally adding fumaric acid and citric acid, and uniformly mixing, thereby obtaining the chicken feed composite acidifier. The chicken feed composite acidifier is reasonable in formula, the components play a cooperative synergism role, digestive enzyme activity of gastrointestinal tra
