Summary: | The invention discloses a comprehensive treating method for an intermediate extraction stage of cobalt hydrometallurgy. According to the invention, ammonia water or recovered ammonia water is used for replacing caustic soda liquid to saponify P204 and P507, ammonia water is much cheaper than caustic soda liquid, the cost can be reduced by about 40% in comparison with the caustic soda liquid, however, the difficulty that ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is hard to treat is caused by replacing the caustic soda liquid with ammonia water. Therefore, the ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment process in the steps disclosed by the invention can simply and effectively handle the difficulty that ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is hard to treat due to replacement of the caustic soda liquid with ammonia water, thus realizing internal circulating use of the treated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and greatly lowering cost.
