Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of plate cold rolling methods, and relates to a method for improving the yield of a reciprocating rolled plate. The method is used for improving the yield of cold-rolled plates and strips obtained in a reciprocating rolling manner. According to the technical scheme, a steel strip head guide strip is welded to the head of a steel strip to be rolled, and a steel strip tail guide strip is welded to the tail of the steel strip to be rolled; and in the reciprocating rolling process, the steel strip head guide strip and the steel strip tail guide strip are wound around a winding machine mandrel of a winding machine, winding of the steel strip to be rolled is replaced for obtaining tension, and therefore the parts, unable to be rolled, of the head and the tail of the steel strip to be rolled are greatly reduced, the yield is remarkably improved, and according to statistics, the steel strip rolling yield of a single-rack reciprocating rolling unit can be improved to 96.7%
