The invention relates to a water source heat pump regulating the heat and humid environment of a harbor district and a control method of the water source heat pump. The water source heat pump comprises a first compressor, a second compressor, a first four-way valve, a second four-way valve, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve, a fourth electromagnetic valve, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and a third heat exchanger. The first compressor is connected with the first four-way valve and the second compressor. The first four-way valve is connected with the first electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve and the fourth electromagnetic valve. The second four-way valve is connected with the second electromagnetic valve, the fourth electromagnetic valve, the third heat exchanger and the second compressor. The third electromagnetic valve is connected with the first heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger is connected with the second
