The invention discloses carboxyl functionalized polysiloxane and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1), subjecting polyalkyl hydrogenated siloxane and alkyl olefine acid derivatives to hydrosilylation to obtain carboxylate-functionalized polysiloxane; 2), subjecting the obtained carboxylate-functionalized polysiloxane successively to hydrolysis, acidification, extraction and vacuum drying to obtain the carboxyl functionalized polysiloxane. The hydrosilylation of the method provides complete addition, a synthetic process is simplified, reaction yield is increased, and side effects are reduced. 本发明公开了种羧基官能团化的聚硅氧烷及其制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤：1)将聚烷基氢化硅氧烷和烷基烯酸酯衍生物发生硅氢加成反应，得到羧酸酯官能团化的聚硅氧烷；2)将得到的羧酸酯官能团化的聚硅氧烷依次进行水解、酸化、萃取和真空干燥得到羧基官能团化的聚硅氧烷。本发明方法硅氢加成反应加成完全，简化了合成工艺，提高了反应收率，减少了副反应的发生。
