The present invention provides a green sheet laminating apparatus which can efficiently manufacture laminates without mixing of foreign materials without expensive equipment or complex structures. The green sheet laminating apparatus comprises a platform position detection unit (18) used for detecting positions of a laminating platform (12) in a laminating direction and configured to enable a supply head portion (13) to move in the laminating direction via green sheets (1) positioned on the laminating platform (12) when the laminating platform (12) moves in the laminating direction; and a head portion movement detection unit (17) used for detecting that the supply head portion (13) starts to move towards the laminating direction, determining that laminates (5) positioned between the supply head portion (13) and the laminating platform (12) are mixed with foreign materials under the condition that the head portion movement detection unit (17) detects that the position of the laminating platform (12) in the lam
