The invention relates to a hydraulic outer cover device of a hydraulic simple liftable parking device. The hydraulic outer cover device is characterized in that a coverage face (4) of the hydraulic outer cover device is formed by a top plate (3), a left side plate (1) and a right side plate (2), two ends of the top plate (3) are respectively fixed to the left side plate (1) and the right side plate (2), air-exhausting heat dissipation holes (5) and installing holes (6) are formed in the left side plate (1) and the right side plate (2), a front door plate (7) and a rear door plate (8) are installed at the two ends of the coverage face (4) and are respectively installed on the left side plate (1) or the right side plate (2) through a spring pin (9) respectively, and an installing support (10) are arranged at the bottom end of the coverage face (4).
