The invention relates to an alkylation reaction effluent pickling method and device, and provides an alkylation reaction effluent pickling method. The method comprises the following steps: (i) enabling the alkylate containing sulfuric acid liquid drops and sulfates and mixed fresh sulfuric acid to form a liquid film, thereby reinforcing the contact; and (ii) using a separation filler to reinforce the demulsification and coalescence of the sulfuric acid liquid drops and promote the separation between the alkylation reaction effluent and sulfuric acid, thereby completely removing the sulfates and sulfuric acid liquid drops in the alkylation reaction effluent.
