The invention discloses waterproof anti-cracking mortar comprising, by weight, 400-600 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of fly ash, 800-1000 parts of middle sand, 20-30 parts of a modifier and 300-400 parts of water, wherein the modifier is one of a redispersible latex powder and a polymer emulsion. The waterproof anti-cracking mortar also includes, by weight, 0.1-0.2 parts of polypropylene fibers, 0.6-1.2 parts of wood fibers, and 0.2-0.4 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose.
