The method includes steps of dissolving the pesticide suspending agents to prepare pesticide reserving solution; adding the pesticide reserving solution into mixtures of soil and water to prepare test solution with gradient concentration; selecting the eisenia fetida with clitella, randomly adding the eisenia fetida into the test solution, continuously cultivating the eisenia fetida for 14 d and recording biological effect parameters of the eisenia fetida on the 7th d and the 14th d; computing medium lethal concentration LC50 values of the pesticide suspending agents for the eisenia fetida according to the biological effect parameters of the eisenia fetida and judging the toxicity of the pesticide suspending agents.
