The method includes carrying out reaction between trialkyl phosphine and 4-polychloromethylstyrene to obtain p-vinylbenzyl-trialkyl phosphine chloride; exchanging ions among the p-vinylbenzyl-trialkyl phosphine chloride, hexafluorophosphoric acid salt, tetrafluoroboric acid salt and bi-trifluoromethane sulfimide salt to obtain [VBTRP][PF6], [VBTRP][BF4] and [VBTRP][Tf2N]; polymerizing the [VBTRP][PF6], the [VBTRP][BF4] and the [VBTRP][Tf2N] to obtain P [VBTRP][PF6], P [VBTRP][BF4] and P [VBTRP][Tf2N].
