The invention relates to an active sludge preprocessing agent, a preparation method and application method thereof. The active sludge preprocessing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 22 to 38% of water hyacinth fresh leaf fermented sludge, 0.3 to 4% of modified water hyacinth fiber, 0.2 to 1% of sodium acetate, 0.01 to 0.06% of nano titanium dioxide, and the balance being zeolite powder.
