This invention discloses a machine for making pure nitrogen, which has more than one adsorbing column and multistage pressure-variable adsorbing separation. It uses carbon molecular sieve as adsobent. The purity of N2 is 99.9% for the yield rate of 23%, or 99.95% for the yield rate of 16%.
