A display panel includes a first substrate, a plurality of scanning wires, data lines, active elements, colored filtering patterns, pixel electrodes and shading patterns, a second substrate relative to the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer between the second substrate and the pixel electrodes, and the sharing electrodes on the second substrate, wherein the plurality of scanning wires, data lines, active elements, colored filtering patterns, pixel electrodes and shading patterns are arranged on the first substrate; the shading patterns are arranged between two adjacent colored filtering patterns to shield the gap between the two adjacent colored filtering patterns; the sharing electrodes have a plurality of sharing electrode patterns and main gas; the sharing electrode patterns are arranged corresonding to the pixel electrodes; and the main gaps are arranged corresonding to the shading patterns.
