Summary: | The invention provides a vacuumizing and spill metering system for a kerosine rocket engine. Mechanical vacuum pumps are used for vacuumizing the system and guiding fuel filling. A gas distribution table is mainly used for supplying gas to pneumatic ball valves, conducting air tightness detection and pipeline blowdown in the system inspection stage, conducting backfill on an inner cavity of the engine in the vacuumizing testing stage and extruding and discharging fuel in a spill tank after work ends. Kerosine spill metering tanks are used for storing spilled kerosene when the engine is filled with the kerosine. A buffering tank can relieve pipeline pressure pulse caused by direct vacuumizing of the vacuum pumps and store kerosine which may spill. Valves are used for controlling opening and closing of a containing cavity. Pipelines are used for equipment connection.
