The invention provides a fluorine-containing polymer superfine wax and modified polypropylene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine-containing polymer superfine wax and modified polypropylene composite material is prepared from, by weight, 50-90 parts of polypropylene, 5-20 parts of fluorine-containing polymer superfine wax, 2-10 parts of a flow modifier, 2-10 parts of a solubilizer and 2-15 parts of glass fiber. Due to the fact that the fluorine-containing polymer superfine wax is organic polymer which can be easily bonded with a polypropylene interface, the compatibility is good.
