The invention discloses a manufacturing method for embossed windproof breathable composite fabric. A mixed solution prepared from sodium dichloroisocyanurate, 2-hydroxyl-4-n-octyloxo-diphenyl ketone, tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and nano SiO2 powder is used for pretreatment to modify chemical fiber fabric, and then high-temperature embossing and a special windproof breathable film are directly compounded to manufacture the embossed windproof breathable composite fabric. The method is simple in operation technology and high in production efficiency, and the prepared composite fabric has rich pattern types and is high in static resistance, unique in style, good in heat preservation performance and windproof breathable effect, light and thin.
