The invention relates to a manufacturing method of titanium alloy coiled tubing. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a strip supplying disc supplies a titanium alloy plate strip to a cleaning device, and impurities on the surface of the plate strip are removed through an alkaline degreasing solution; the plate strip is molded to be shaped like the coiled tubing through a rolling device and a tubing forming device; opposite joints of the plate strip are welded into a whole by adopting a laser welding method; normalizing treatment is performed on a weld joint, sizing treatment and homogeneous tube heat treatment are performed on the coiled tubing; finishing and reeling packaging are performed on the coiled tubing. According to the manufacturing method of the titanium alloy coiled tubing, the coiled tubing can be continuously produced, and meanwhile the produced coiled tubing meets the strength requirement, solves the anti-corrosion problem generated in the operating condition and has the
