Summary:The invention relates to the material filed, especially a ferromagnetic TiO2 semiconductor material which comprises a substrate, and a TiO2 layer arranged on the substrate. The material preparation method comprises: cleaning a substrate; forming a single layer colloid crystal template on a silicon substrate; immersing the single layer colloid crystal template in a precursory sol; taking the single layer colloid crystal template out and immersing the single layer colloid crystal template in dichloromethane, dissolving away a polystyrene template, and forming a cellular TiO2 nano array material.
