Summary:The invention relates to a verifying control method and system when generating a certificate. The method comprises following steps: building a certificate generation control rule in advance and storing in a database; when generating a certificate service, before generating the certificate, sending a verifying request instruction to a server by a computer terminal; after the server receives the verifying request instruction sent by the computer terminal, extracting a rule from the database; judging according to the extracted control rule; and feeding back the judging result to the computer terminal. The system comprises the computer terminal, the server and the database. According to the method and the system of the invention, verifying can be carried out when generating the certificate; the data accuracy is improved; and powerful technique basis is provided to an enterprise for realizing financial information automation.
