The invention discloses a special fixture for mounting a wallboard with a heat insulation structure and a mounting method for a first-layer wallboard with a heat insulation structure. The special fixture is composed of four unit fixtures and a fixture connecting frame. Each unit fixture is formed by welding a U-shaped clamp on the end of a fixture screw rod and connecting two steel base plates and two nuts to the fixture screw rod. The nuts, the steel base plates and a region located between the two steel base plates jointly form a clamping structure of the wallboard with the heat insulation structure. The four unit fixtures are used for jointly clamping the wallboard with the heat insulation structure through the clamping structure. The four unit fixtures are all clamped on the fixture connecting frame.
