种具有蛋黄-蛋壳结构Pt@SiO2催化剂的制备方法

本发明涉及Pt@SiO催化剂及其制备方法。具体地说是种具有蛋黄蛋壳结构,内核含有Pt纳米粒子和有机官能团的Pt@SiO纳米球。以介孔氧化硅小球作为内核,吸附Pt纳米粒子,在碱性条件下,加入有机硅烷偶联剂,搅拌,过滤,干燥,得到具有核-壳结构的氧化硅纳米球。纳米球内部的微环境可以是亲水,疏水,超疏水;Pt纳米粒子的担载量在0.1%-5%范围内可调;Pt纳米粒子的分布可以控制在内核上或空腔中。该方法步骤简单,用时短,纳米粒子的担载量和组成容易调节,制备的纳米球具有大的比表面积和孔容;颗粒粒度均、分散性好;得到的材料在环己烯氢化中表现出了良好的催化活性,且可以循环使用。 The invention...
