Summary:This invention relates to a hydraulic drive energy converting mechanism, especially gear pump or gear motor which are similar with engaging principle of gear. The featares of this invention is that through the change of engaging length of gear, the variation of flow quantity is realized according to the need of practical working state, so it overcomes the large quantity of energy losses of pressure oil return overflow due to the flow quantilty is not matched with the working state. The flow qwuantity valve and the associated reversing valve can be saved, so the hydraulic system and the gear pump (motor) series are simplified, It is suitable to the electromechanical integration of mechanical field.
