The embodiment of the invention provides a dual-channel grain moisture measuring method and device based on a spread spectrum. The method includes the steps of modulating original microwave signals through pseudorandom sequence signals to obtain pseudo-code spread spectrum microwave signals, transmitting the pseudo-code spread spectrum microwave signals through a measurement channel and a reference channel, demodulating output signals of the measurement channel and the reference channel through the pseudorandom sequence signals to obtain measurement signals and reference signals, obtaining energy attenuation delta p according to the amplitude difference value of the measurement signals and the reference signals, calculating the phase displacement delta phi corresponding to the original microwave signals according to a cross-correlation function of the measurement signals, and calculating the moisture in grains, with moisture to be measured, in the measurement channel according to the energy attenuation delta
