The invention relates to a two-way sealing rotating oil seal for a vehicle. The oil seal comprises a hollow cylindrical inner oil seal body with an end surface outwards extending at the upper end, and an outer oil seal body positioned below the outer side; and the outer side and the inner side end surface of the outer oil seal body are both connected with a rubber elastomer. The oil seal is characterized in that one side, near the inner oil seal body, of the rubber elastomer is boned with a PTFE lip piece; a radial main sealing lip is arranged at the contact part of the PEFT lip piece with the outer circular surface of the inner oil seal body; and an axial main sealing lip is arranged at the contact part of the rubber elastomer with the end surface of the inner oil seal body. The oil seal has the following beneficial effects: the axial sealing and the radial sealing are synchronously realized; the axial sealing can promote the jump resistance of products; the radial sealing can promote the displacement resist
