The water-air-oil synchronous heat exchange device comprises an engine, an air intake and exhaust system, a cooling liquid lead-out pipe, a cooling liquid lead-back pipe, a heat exchanger, an electromagnetic valve, an exhaust lead-out pipe and an exhaust lead-back pipe. A water inlet of the cooling liquid lead-out pipe and a water outlet of the cooling liquid lead-back pipe are both connected with an engine cooling system. The heat exchanger is arranged inside the oil pan. A water outlet of the cooling liquid lead-out pipe and a water inlet of the cooling liquid lead-back pipe both penetrate through an oil pan body and are connected with the heat exchanger. The electromagnetic valve is arranged on the cooling liquid lead-out pipe and connected with an engine electronic control unit.
