The invention discloses a roadway illumination and intelligent early-warning based on an environment, comprising a traffic flow sensor, a photosensitive sensor, a meteorological sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, a smog sensor, a camera and a central processing unit; the output end of the traffic flow sensor, the photosensitive sensor, the meteorological sensor, the PM2.5 sensor and the smog sensor are electrically connected with the input end of a data collection module; the camera is electrically connected with the data collection sensor through an image sensor; the output end of the data collection sensor is electrically connected with the input end of a data processing module; the output end of the data processing module is electrically connected with the input end of the central processing unit; the output end of the control module is respectively and electrically connected with an illumination module and an early-warning light module. The system of the invention can monitor the roadway environment, can adjust the
