Summary: | Steel plates are heavy and high in cost. The invention discloses a steel-ceramic composite sine wave plate lighter than aluminum but cheaper than aluminum by half and capable of replacing the steel plates. High temperature-resistant ceramic screen cloth is covered with steel and then pressed into sine waves together, and the bending resistance of the sine wave plate is higher than that of straight plates. The high temperature-resistant ceramic screen cloth can resist the temperature of 1300 DEG C in a short time, can allow fast penetration of molten steel and will not be damaged by the molten steel because the temperature of the molten steel is 1200 DEG C. The high temperature-resistant ceramic screen cloth with the thickness being 1 millimeter is about 20 yuan per square meter, and the steel plates are about 46 yuan per square meter.
