The invention relates to a forming method of a planar triaxial fabric. The forming method includes the following step that biaxial warp arrangement, warp deflection and opening, weft insertion and beating-up, warp rotation, guide bar arrangement, guide bar removal and fabric taking-down are carried out in sequence, wherein a guide bar is used as the rotation center and the fulcrum in warp deflection and can also be used for forming holes in the fabric, warp needs to be deflected before being opened, and in warp deflection, the warp needs to be deflected is held with a yarn guide and is then defected with the guide bar as the fulcrum. According to the forming method, a warp circulation system, a warp let-off system and a beating-up system are not needed in the forming process of the planar triaxial fabric, and therefore the mechanical structure is greatly simplified; compared with planar triaxial fabrics formed through other manual knitting methods, the structure is firmer, and stability and uniformity are obv
