本发明公开了种稀土杂多酸改性MCM-41催化剂及其在甲乙苯生产中的使用方法,该催化剂制备时先采用水热合成法制备稀土改性MCM-41分子筛,然后负载杂多酸成型,最后焙烧获得。该催化剂用于以甲苯和乙醇为原料进行催化反应生产甲乙苯,生产原料中,甲苯和乙醇的重量比为1:(2~7),反应温度为300~350℃,反应压力为0.2~1.0MPa,质量空速为0.3~2h;所述质量空速=原料质量流量/催化剂质量。该催化剂能使甲苯和乙醇催化反应合成甲乙苯,可提高原料的转化率和提高甲乙苯的选择性。 The invention discloses a rare-earth-heteropoly-acid-modifi...

The invention discloses a rare-earth-heteropoly-acid-modified MCM-41 catalyst and an application method of the same to methyl ethylbenzene production. When the rare-earth-heteropoly-acid-modified MCM-41 catalyst is prepared, firstly, rare-earth-modified MCM-41 molecular sieves are prepared with the hydrothermal synthesis method; secondly, the sieves is loaded with heteropoly acid for molding; finally, the rare-earth-heteropoly-acid-modified MCM-41 catalyst is obtained in a roasted mode.
