The invention discloses a power supply adaptor and an electronic system applied the same. The power supply adaptor comprises a power supply conversion circuit, a control unit and a detection unit. The power supply conversion circuit is used for converting alternating-current power into direct-current power so as to provide the direct-current power to the electronic device. The control unit is used for controlling operation of the power supply conversion circuit according to a load detection signal. The detection unit generates a load detection signal according to a working state of the electronic device. When the detection unit judges the working state to be a first state, the detection unit gives out a load detection signal for indicating the first state so as to stop the operation of the power supply conversion circuit via the control unit. When the detection unit detects the working state to be a second state, the detection unit gives out a load detection signal for indicating the second state so as to con
