Summary: | A micro-resistor based waste and old engine valve nondestructive test method belongs to the field of a remanufacturing nondestructive testing technology. New and old engine valve resistance large sample distribution intervals are determined. Before testing old valve resistance and after cleaning, oxide layers of tested parts of valves with unconspicuous surface damages are ground off, air valve resistance is tested, and new and old valve resistance large sample databases are respectively established. With the combination of valve resistance change rule during the high temperature damage process and by comparing the new and old valve resistance large sample distribution intervals, old valve damage judge resistance threshold is determined. If structural constituent changes violently (such as 21-4N valve), fatigue damage judge threshold is determined while high temperature damage judge threshold is determined.
