The invention provides a vehicle natural gas methanol mixed combustion system, an engine system and a vehicle. The engine system is additionally provided with a methanol supply system and a control system; the methanol supply system comprises a methanol tank, a filter, a methanol pump, a methanol rail and spray nozzles, wherein the control system ECU reads signals such as water temperature, rotation speed, load and the like of an engine to control opening and closing of the spray nozzles, so that a mixed combustion process of the whole engine is completed; the multi-cylinder engine is provided with one spray nozzle on each gas inlet manifold or a methanol sprayer on a gas inlet header pipe; and the plurality of spray nozzles are mounted on the methanol sprayer to ensure that the methanol is sprayed uniformly during operation of the engine.
