Voice signals are converted into analog electric signals to enter a low noise amplifier via a microphone, and the noise amplifier processes the voice signals and then transmits the voice signals to a variable gain amplifier; an automatic gain controller receives digital signals of an analog-to-digital converter, gain control signals are outputted to the variable gain amplifier through set logic operation, the automatic gain controller performs envelope tracking and analysis on the digital signals through the analog-to-digital converter, gain is changed at voice intervals through contrast control of parameters when voice comes, and the gain of voice can be locked under the certain state; and the output signals of the analog-to-digital converter is circuit output signals.
