种孪生高倍聚光太阳电池组件
本发明公开了种孪生高倍聚光太阳电池组件,包括复眼式透镜聚光器以及设置有光伏电池晶片的电路板,所述复眼式透镜聚光器包括多块平面阵列的聚光透镜,在每个聚光透镜下方对应设置有光伏电池晶片,在所述聚光透镜与光伏电池晶片之间设置有聚光球体,每个聚光透镜与其对应的聚光球体构成的结构均为轴对称结构,所述聚光球体的球心与聚光透镜的轴心均在该对称轴上。本发明通过两次聚光,减小了光程、降低了聚光组件的整体厚度,通过光线等比压缩数值求解的方式,实现了光斑能量均匀分布,规避了电池内部横向电流,提高了组件的转化效率,延缓了电池效率衰减,从而得到了种高效的聚光组件,而且提高了系统容错能力,降低了精度要求,降低了制作成本。...
