The rotary yarn steaming machine comprises a box body, a roller yarn steaming frame, supports, a steam engine device, a steam recycling chamber, a spray mechanism and a controller. The steam engine device is arranged at the bottom of the box body. The supports are arranged at the two ends of the steam engine device. The two ends of the roller yarn steaming frame are fixed to the supports respectively. The spray mechanism is fixed to one support.
