Summary: | The invention relates to a high-chromium alloy material for a flue gas desulfurization pump and a manufacturing method of the high-chromium alloy material, and belongs to the technical field of metal materials. The alloy material comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: 1.1-1.6% of C, 0-1.2% of Si, 0-1.0% of Mn, 26-35% of Cr, 1-2.2% of Ni, 1-1.8% of Cu, 1.6-2.5% of Mo, and the balance of Fe. The manufacturing method of the alloy material comprises the following steps: smelting and casting a formula material, and naturally cooling down to room temperature to form a casting; heating the casting to the temperature of 600 DEG C +/- 10 DEG C from the room temperature by heating rate of 10-20 DEG per hour, heating the casting to the temperature of 850 DEG C +/- 10 DEG C by the heating rate of 10-40 DEG C per hour, then insulating for 6-8 hours, and finally cooling down to the room temperature by the rate not greater than 40 DEG C per hour to obtain target products.
